Nomination Details

The nominations are invited from the life members of Neuroendoscopy Society - India for the below posts for years 2024-2026:

Important Dates:

• Last date of submission of nomination form is: 2nd February 2025
• Chairman will inform candidates about his/her eligibility: 9th February 2025
• The last date for withdrawal of nominations is: 11th February 2025
• Publication of final list: 13th February 2025
• Polling dates: 15th February 2025 to 19th March 2025
• Declaration of results – During Neuroendoscopy Society - India, Annual Conference @ Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria of individual Posts:

1. Vice President:
   • Must be a member in good standing, active in society activities.
   • Should have served at least one term in the Executive Committee in any capacity.
   • Term: 1 year, with automatic succession to the role of President. Must have attended at least 2 of 5 Annual Meetings
2. Honorary Secretary:
   • Open to members in good standing, with regular attendance at annual meetings.
   • Candidates must be proposed and seconded by two NESI members.
   • Should have prior experience serving on the Executive Committee for at least one term.
   • Term: 2 years, renewable for one additional term. Must have attended at least 2 of 5 Annual Meetings
3. Treasurer:
   • Open to members in good standing and regular participation in NESI activities.
   • Must be proposed and seconded by two NESI members.
   • Term: 2 years, renewable for one additional term. Must have attended at least 2 of 5 Annual Meetings
4. EC Members (Two Positions):
   • Open to members with a consistent record of participation in NESI activities.
   • Candidates must represent diverse skills beneficial to the committee’s goals.
   • Term: 2 years, non-renewable. Must have attended at least 2 of 5 Annual Meetings
